Catahoula Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Mike Carithers, and Jonesville Police Officer Cory Hall along with two brave citizens, Stanley Gardner and John Cross of Catahoula Parish carried out a daring rescue Sunday, January 25, 2026 in the frigid waters of Little River near Archie Park at Texaco Towne.
