Funeral services for Fay Leo Renfrow 'Tinker', 88 of Monterey, LA were held at Youngs Funeral Home in Jonesville on Monday, February 12, 2024, at 2:00 PM with Bro. Timothy Crooks officiating, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home - Jonesville.
Tinker Renfrow was born on Friday, June 14, 1935, in Jonesville, LA and passed away Tuesday, February 06, 2024, at Columns Nursing Home. He was a resident of Monterey and proudly served his Country in the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ervin Renfrow and Lillie Rutledge Renfrow; daughter, Peggy Chapman; two brothers, Bill and B.G. Renfrow; two sisters, Ludie Bordelon, and Ida Bell Renfrow and granddaughter, Shelle Rollins.
Tinker is survived by his wife, Irene Hensley Renfrow of Monterey, LA; brother, Sam Renfrow and his wife Glenda of Jonesville, LA; sister, Betty Lynde of GA and stepdaughters, Sharron Cather of Jonesville, LA.
And Charlette Book of Monterey, LA. He is also survived by seven Grandchildren, a host of Great-Grandchildren and numerous Great-Great-Grandchildren.
